Find out how you can help South Somerset Mind
Mind in South Somerset is an independent charity that was formed in 1985. We are affiliated to the national charity Mind. We’re here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn to for advice and support.
We aim to promote good mental health and wellbeing, to encourage greater understanding of mental health issues, to provide high standards of support and to enable genuine service beneficiary involvement in the development of our services.
We can help you make choices about treatment, understand your rights or reach out to sources of support. Our services are detailed under our services tab. Here you will find out about our services, where they are located and how you can access them.
Read everyday stories from people living with mental health issues and those that support us.

Mind is a great charity to support because mental health can affect anyone on many levels and awareness is very important. Mind does a great job supporting people with mental health and they have helped those very close to us in the past.
