Monday to Friday we operate a Drop In service for those experiencing or considered vulnerable to mental ill health, where you can call in for a chat and support.
We offer help with form filling, letter writing and difficult interviews with hospitals or other organisations.
There are activities such as pool, table tennis, computers / internet access, art, etc. also quiet rooms where you can relax.

Volunteers are an important and valued aspect of South Somerset Mind and are offered support, training and personal development in their work.
Volunteering involves, among other things, being able to give a regular time commitment, assisting in the day to
day running of the Drop In, developing a professional relationship with users of the service, attending training sessions.
Some of the benefits of volunteering are: work experience, meeting people, increased skills, gaining greater self
confidence.
