Caroline - Finance Manager
"My name is Caroline and my role as Finance Manager means that I am responsible for the financial records and governance in accordance with UK statutory and Charity Commissionís requirements.
I am part of the Senior Management Team and as well as being committed to assist with the delivery of the organisationís business plan/strategy, I whole heartedly support the aim for the charity to become a forward thinking modern organisation. I am excited by the changes that lie ahead to ensure our sustainability in providing support to those who need our services."

I am very enthusiastic about trying to make a difference for people suffering from mental health issues through a concerted campaign of local fundraising to support our excellent service delivery team and expand our services. Annie - Senior Wellbeing Support Worker
"I am Annie and I am a Support Worker for the Wellbeing Outreach Project. My role is to run the Wellbeing groups across South Somerset as well as offering 1-to-1 support for people. In addition, I am the Support Worker for our Community Day held weekly. I joined South Somerset initially as a Volunteer in 2006 and found the role to be an extremely rewarding and enjoyable one. I became a member of staff the following year."
Jess - Senior Wellbeing Support Worker
"Hello, my name is Jess and I am a Support Worker for the Wellbeing Outreach Project. I run the Wellbeing group in Frome. Outside of work I like to practice what I preach; filling my days with as much creativity and activity as I can. I particularly love to bake, listen to music and take long walks in places I can explore"

Faye - Gardening Coordinator
"Hello, my name is Faye and I coordinate the Vanessa Gardening Project. The project meets at our allotment where we enjoy being outside, participating in various gardening activities throughout the seasons. The environment is relaxing and can also help with keeping fit. Outside of the project, I like to garden at home and cook and share food with my friends. I also love rambling in the woods and paddling in the sea."
Glenn - Service User Champion
"Hello, my name is Glenn and I am the Service User Champion. My role is to collect feedback from those who access our services and report them to management who then respond to them as necessary. I also aim to identify problems or gaps in service provisions. In my spare time I enjoy watching trains, playing video games and playing music in my band."
Annie - Youth Matters Coordinator
Hi, I'm Annie and I love working with our young people who access Youth Matters. I have also worked in education, forest school and children's homes. What do I like doing in my spare time - having fun!
Jon - Lead Wellbeing Navigator - South Somerset
Hi my name is Jon and I am the lead Wellbeing Navigaor for the South Somerset area. I will be working with people on a one to one basis providing support and encouragement to help popele make steps forward in their lives. I have many interests outside of work but mostly I enjoy spending time with my children and when I have time I like to build things from either metal or wood.
Anna - Lead Wellbeing Navigator - Mendip
Hi, Iím Anna and Iím the Lead Mental Health Wellbeing Navigator for Mendip. Iíve worked in mental health for many years and am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I love working with people and supporting them to make positive changes to their lives, I have a big passion for social justice and I love the natural world and animals .
Sarah - Wellbeing Navigator & Community Engagement Coordinator
Hello I'm Sarah and I am the Wellbeing Navigator for South Somerset and Mendip. Along with Glenn & David, I am also on the PR team and write our quarterly newsletter. I have a degree in Psychology and have previously worked for Mind in Greater Manchester. In my spare time I enjoy long walks in the countryside, live music and baking!
